Questions
What does the Blue Heart mean at Dollar General?
The blue heart is one of the symbols Dollar General prints on clearance shelf tags. Shoppers use it to find items from the same clearance group. Dollar General doesn’t publish an official meaning, so this page tracks which items carry the blue heart and whether they’ve pennied.
Are Blue Heart items a penny yet?
Not yet. None of the 4 Blue Heart items we track are a penny at the stores we check. Scan the UPC in the Dollar General app to check your store.
